Party Packages

All party packages are customized to fit your occasion based upon your budget.  Please call to discuss any plans.  A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.  Deposit is deducted from the event cost.  Balance is due one week  before the event.  Due to packages being customized, I need at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure proper time to prepare and create artwork if your event requires monogram or custom made decor. Thanks for allowing me to help your event be memorable and highly unique.   Fee for travel  100 miles outside of Pulaski Co is $70.00. If it requires us to arrive a day prior to the event and stay overnight, hotel accommodations will be added  For extra mileage, please contact us via email or phone. *Prices are for birthday, retirement, graduation, and bachelorette parties.  Prices are also for baby and wedding showers.  They do not include any wedding packages.  Please contact us for a price list concerning any wedding details.

Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception sites at least two weeks prior to wedding date
Thorough review of vendor details
We will confirm all contract details and arrival times over the phone one week and one day prior to your wedding
We will instruct vendors to first contact us instead of you with any questions or concerns during the week prior to your wedding    
Serve as point of contact for venue staff and all vendors; we will be the first to arrive and the last to leave
 Ceremony and reception coordination    
  • Keep bridal party and vendors to your previously established time line
  • Distribute flowers, bouquets, and pin corsages and boutonnières
  • Assist guests and answer questions as needed
  • Distribute remaining vendor balances and tips on bride and groom’s behalf at the end of the night
  • Resolve any ceremony- or reception-related problems that arise
